2. Non-Returnable Items

• Missing original packaging or accessories
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery
• Items purchased under clearance or special non-returnable offers (if mentioned)

3. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos or videos as proof

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

7. Shipping Charges

• Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product)
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
